Carmel explains: "The status and nature of creditors in these matters can be complex and is worth consideration at an early stage. Insolvencies such as Cryptopia and Celsius Network demonstrate that creditor status and accordingly both their position in the order of priority, and the logistical complexity of a distribution can vary."
