Barrister Bash 2.0

While the Champions League ties both ended in draws, there was only one winner of the CFAAR Barrister Bash 2.0: congratulations to Chloë Bell whose lucid arguments on the importance of Payward Inc and Others v Chechetkin saw her take the prize.

The runners up were no less informative or entertaining in their efforts to persuade the audience that each their cases represented the most significant recent development in crypto case law. CFAAR's thanks go to Celso De Azevedo (Tippawan Boonyaem v Persons Unknown), Helen Pugh (Aaron Loh Cheng Lee and Another v. Hodlnaut Pte Ltd), Nik Yeo (Piroozzadeh v Persons Unknown), and Sam Goodman (LMN v Bitflyer Holdings Inc) for their willingness to bash – and be bashed.
